MOVE Congress 2025: Early Bird Deadline Extended!

The 12th MOVE Congress is set to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 29 to 31 October 2025. As an added incentive to participants, the organisers have extended the early bird registration deadline from 31 May to 30 June. This extension provides you with additional time to secure a saving of €200 on the full registration fee. The early bird package includes access to the full 2.5-day programme featuring workshops, events and professional training, as well as congress materials, lunches, and coffee breaks.

This year's theme, #Activating – People, Participation, and Communities, will explore strategies to inspire individuals and communities to engage in physical activity and volunteerism. Key topics include mental and physical health, social inclusion, refugee integration, health literacy, active schools, safeguarding children's rights, active ageing, and the prevention of gender-based violence.
The MOVE Congress will also honour the recipients of the 2025 ISCA Awards, which this year will focus on the Integration of Refugees Through Sport (IRTS). Winners in each of the four award categories will be invited to attend the MOVE Congress to share their insights.
