Ready to MOVE: Get inspired for MOVE Week 2025
14/05/2025
MOVE Week 2025 is just around the corner, taking place across Europe from 26 May to 1 June.
As the flagship event of the NowWeMOVE campaign, MOVE Week offers a week full of fun and engaging physical activities for everyone.
The 14th edition of MOVE Week will focus on how physical activity supports mental health and well-being, drawing inspiration from the ABCs of Mental Health and Mental Health Vitamins initiatives.
To help you get even more people moving, we’re also highlighting four other inspiring physical activity projects from ISCA, our members, and our partners. These projects offer ideas and practical tools to support your MOVE Week planning.
Learning through movement

SIMPAL brings Polish and Ukrainian students together through movement, emotions, and shared challenges. By using sport and Physically Active Learning, it creates supportive classrooms where children heal, grow, and thrive together.
MOVEment Pills 2.0
The MOVEment pill is the only medicine in the world that can be taken every day, at any time and in as large a dose as you need.
Connecting classrooms across borders
Movement and fun learning activities is the core of the Active Sister Schools Alliance. In this innovative project, classes from 4 different countries form teams, in which students explore each other’s cultures, build friendships, and grow together - one active step at a time.
Merging Physical & Health Literacy
MOVING for Health Online Learning helps you explore and build lifelong Physical and Health Literacy. Take action not just for MOVE Week, but for a healthier future.
