DGI Announces the MOVE Congress date and venue to an excited Danish audience

On the occasion of the Annual Meeting of DGI, the chairwoman Charlotte Bach Thomassen today lifted the veil on the date and venue for next year’s not-to-miss MOVE Congress! Lending from the magic of the famous Copenhagen Tivoli Gardens, the MOVE Congress 2025 will  be staged in the very heart of the capital, in the Tivoli Hotel and Congress Centerand the dates are now publicly announced to be 29 to 31 of October 2025.

“It is important that we in Denmark take the lead in setting the agenda for grassroots sport internationally,” the chairwoman said. “We need to share Danish best practice in organising sport for all and sport club culture, and we can also learn from other countries in this field.”

She announced these key pieces of information on the occasion of DGIs annual conference and thus reached a key and excited audience for next year’s event. With a new-look MOVE Congress web site and a new logo, the MOVE Congress preparations are now picking up speed. As the excitement builds, participants can sign up for updates on the next big milestonethe opening of the registration for what is poised to be a sold-out event once more.
