Tibu Africa is the leading organization in Morocco and Africa for youth education and socio-economic inclusion through sport. Founded in 2011, Tibu Africa harnesses the power of sport to develop innovative and sustainable social solutions in education, empowerment, and inclusion for young people and women. With a significant national presence in over 40 cities across Morocco’s 12 regions and operations in 5 African capitals, Tibu Africa is committed to positioning sport as a vital tool for addressing the complexities of the 21st century's challenges.

Tibu Africa envisions becoming the locomotive for sport-led development across Africa by 2030. The organization aims to contribute significantly to achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), viewing them as an opportunity to leverage sport as a powerful means for innovation and solution creation. Tibu Africa’s vision includes creating inclusive and secure spaces for sports in neighborhoods, schools, social centers, and rural areas. Through this vision, Tibu Africa aspires to foster a culture where sport is seen as essential to personal development and societal progress.

The mission of Tibu Africa is to use sport as a catalyst for education, socio-economic inclusion, and entrepreneurship among children, youth, and women. The organization works on integrated programs that promote the creation and management of safe, inclusive sports spaces. Tibu Africa organizes year-round sports events to encourage healthy, active lifestyles and provides institutional, logistical, and financial support to local sports associations, schools, leagues, and sports entrepreneurs. By mobilizing ecosystem stakeholders, Tibu Africa strives to make sport an institutional and identity-building necessity at the territorial level, thereby driving human development and social cohesion.
