Association - The concept of sports organizations (associations) is used in the Law on Physical Culture and Sports ("Sports organizations according to this law are sports clubs, sports schools, sports centers, sports bases, sports federations, associations, societies and other physical culture with the rights of a legal entity and organizations and institutions engaged in sports activities, which create conditions for practicing physical culture and sports, training athletes, organizing sports competitions and other physical culture and sports events ").

The Vision of LKSKA "Nemunas"

"Representation of the interests of rural sports clubs, rural communities (associations) in the activities of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania;

Promotion of cooperation between Lithuanian rural sports clubs and communities;

Fostering and promoting the traditions of Lithuanian sports and cultural life in the Lithuanian countryside in order to involve as many people of different age groups as possible in the sports and cultural movement"
