    President of the International Sport & Culture Association (ISCA). Conveys grassroots sport diplomacy and advocacy through representation, presentations and opinions on topics such as sport & health, organizational development, cross sector collaboration, the value of grassroots sport, education and training, etc.

    Vice Chair of the Bureau of the Council of Europe’s Consultative Committee for sport (EPAS). The Consultative Committee consists of 30 entities in sport and gives its opinion on the activities and provides advice for the decisions of the Governing Board, which is leading the sport collaboration among the 41 member states of the sport collaboration in the Council of Europe.

    Board member of the Danish sport for all organisation DGI with 6.600 member clubs and 1.7 million members.

    Holds a Master of Science in Sport, organizational development, sport policies, social sciences and international politics from Copenhagen University, Denmark.

  • Helen Vost – candidate for Vice President

    Since 2015 Helen has been Managing Director of Youth Sport Trust International, a charity devoted to improving the lives of young people around the globe , using the inspirational power of play, physical activity and sport. It is the international arm of UK based charity, the Youth Sport Trust, which Helen helped to establish in 1995 with F ounder and President Sir John Beckwith and Olympic gold medallist, D uncan Goodhew.

    Helen has over 25 years’ experience in the voluntary sector. Her areas of specialism are:

    • Strategic planning
    • New business
    • Stakeholder engagement
    • Bid writing

    Other areas of expertise include press and public relations, corporate partnershi ps, fundraising and event management.

    Helen’s involvement with ISCA has been through membership over the past five years , attending Move Congress and Youth Sport Trust International being a partner with ISCA in a number of EU Erasmus+ Sport funded project s including European School Sport Day, Active School Communities and the Moving Schools Award.

    Helen has a BA Honours degree in English Literature from London University

    A seasoned professional with a trajectory devoted to developing initiatives and projects to raise awareness of the importance of regular physical activity to improve well-being. Autonomy, integration, respect for diversity and social inclusion, learning, and developing physical and cognitive skills are always taken into account in all initiatives designed and implemented.

    Led institutional initiatives in sports and physical activities, besides coordinating different projects and campaigns in partnership with international organizations, especially in Latin America. During her time at Sesc, Maria Luiza acquired relevant learnings and experiences in the field of sports and culture. Additionally, she usually participates as a speaker in many national and international Congresses, Seminars, and Symposiums, among others.

    Michael Tiemann is Professor of Sport and Health Sciences, Head of the Department of Health and Social Sciences and member of the University Management Board, SRH University of Applied Health Sciences, Leverkusen, Germany . He is Member of the Executive Committee of ISCA (since 2019) and of the ISCA HEPA expert group . Nominated by the German Gymnastics Federation (DTB) , he is a Member of the DTB Scientific Advisory Board (since 2002) . Additionally, he is Advisory member of the Mana gement Board of the German Walking Institute (DWI) (since 2018) and is regularly consultant of national institutions of the health and sports sector (e . g. Federal Ministry of Health and German Olympic Sports Confederation – DOSB).

    The President of the Association Sport for All Serbia. With the goal of raising awareness and providing conditions for all citizens to play sports and be physically active, continuously raises and improves all its potentials and capacities. The implementation of program activities, the "Active Serbia 2030" mission, national sport for all congresses, the improvement of international cooperation and the implementation of a large number of EU projects.

    During many years of work in the Provincial Government of the AP Vojvodina - Secretariat for Sports and Youth, gained experience working on the implementation of program activities in the field of sports and participated in the drafting of the Law on Sports of the Republic of Serbia, in the drafting and implementation of the most important strategic documents at the national and provincial level, as well as in the drafting of manuals, scientific papers and other publications in the field of sports.

    Daniela has been working in UISP since 1996 in different sectors: projecting department, social policies, international relationship , training, author of articles in UISP magazines and co - authors in methodological guides . Currently , she is Head of Policy for Interculturality and Cooperation and project manager in European and national projects. Her duties include being a UISP national Councillor ; member of UISP Lazio and UISP Roma board, and Head of Training sector at regional and local level. Her competen ces are primarily as an expert in sport as a tool of social inclusion (sport for migrant /refugees, sport in prison) , promoter of campaign combating any form of discrimination in and through sport, organiser of national and international event and congress, project manager, trainer about social aspect of sport for all .

    Jakub Kalinowski holds the position of President at V4SPORT Foundation and is also a co-founder of a startup focused on Physically Active Learning.

    With over 12 years of experience in the sports field, Jakub has dedicated his efforts to developing and implementing innovative initiatives encouraging people to be more active everyday.

    His work has gained recognition on an international scale, as seen with the "Active Schools Multisport" program, which was acknowledged as a best practice by the European Commission in their 2021 report on innovative sports promotion outside of traditional structures.

    Furthermore, Jakub played a key role in founding the Krokiet & Lama Academy, an initiative that combines education, entertainment, and physical activity through online content for primary schools and kindergartens. This initiative received the prestigious European Commission #BeActive Education Award, highlighting its success in motivating children to stay active.

    Currently, as the leader of V4SPORT, Jakub is working closely with Ukrainian organizations to aid children affected by the war and to integrate Ukrainian refugee kids with their Polish peers.

    Jakub has a Master of Arts in International Relations.

    Physical Educator, future administrator (graduating), specialist in social projects and exponential management, working as Director of Social Programs at Sesc RJ. For 10 years working with + 150 social projects in sport, education, health, culture, welfare, leisure, social tourism, food security and customer service, happening in 30 facilities and in all 92 cities in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

    With courses such as Leadership E xcellente and Employee Engagement (Disney) and Leadership in Crisis, has been working with an increasing passion for team leadership, considering that Sesc RJ has 2500 people on staff, always with the premises of respect and dignity.
